Some of the primary responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to:
β Lead creative direction and design process for weddings and editorials
β Conduct client consultations and build floral proposals
β Create recipes, manage flower orders, and liaise with wholesalers
β Supervise and execute wedding day installations (arches, chuppahs, floral ceilings, etc.)
β Mentor and manage Intermediate and Junior Designers
β Coordinate studio workflow, timelines, and scheduling
β Maintain floral quality control and studio organization
β Support vendor communications and timeline confirmations
β Assist with setup, teardown, and studio clean-up
β Must be physically capable of loading/unloading and working outdoors
Requirements:
β 7+ years of experience in the wedding or event floral industry
β Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
β Design sensibility aligned with Philiaβs brand
β Confident in managing a team and resolving on-site challenges
β Trustworthy and able to handle confidential information with discretion
β Calm under pressure, with a strong and steady mindset
β Valid G license and access to own vehicle is a must

MayβOctober, Wednesday to Saturday β occasionally Sunday; ~6+ hour shifts
A valid G license is an asset.
Some of the primary responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to:
β Confidently set up on-site floral installations (arches, pillars, altar, etc.)
β Execute wearable florals (crowns, boutonnieres, wristlets, etc.)
β Create centerpieces, bouquets, and altar arrangements based on floral recipes
β Prepare vases, candles, mechanics, and props for setup
β Monitor flower inventory and manage workflow independently or in a team
β Use ladders and assist with overhead/hanging installations
β Assist with vehicle loading/unloading and studio cleanup
β Comfortable working outdoors and on your feet for long hours
Requirements:
β 3β5 years experience in wedding/event floral design
β Ability to take creative direction and work independently
β Attention to detail and time management skills
β Must have reliable transportation

Some of the primary responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to:
Role Responsibilities:
β Conditioning and processing flowers
β Organizing floral deliveries
β Cleaning and maintaining the studio and work areas
β Prepping vessels, props, candles, and floral mechanics
β Assisting with setup and teardown of wedding floral installations
β Helping prepare greens and containers during wedding prep
β Supporting lead florists as needed
β Must be comfortable working outdoors and able to lift/move supplies
β Strong organizational skills are a MUST!

Remote; Freelance/Contract; Ongoing β one-two days a week, 6 to 12 hours/week (Flexible work hours)
Some of the primary responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to:
β Respond to client emails in a professional, timely, and brand-aligned voice
β Schedule and manage meetings using Google Calendar, and build floral proposals
β Maintain digital files, proposals, and shared documents
β Support with production schedules
β Format and update pricing sheets, proposals, and admin documents
β Coordinate timelines and assist in vendor follow-ups
Requirements:
β Strong written communication skills
β Proficient with Gmail, Canva, Google Calendar, Adobe programs
β Detail-oriented, independent, and consistent in delivery
