Sculptural Floral Design Workshop

Explore flowers as form, movement, and art.

Join us at Philia Flora Studio for an immersive workshop where flowers become sculpture. This class is designed for those who want to move beyond traditional floral arranging and into artistic expression—using florals to build shape, negative space, and structure.

Led by Serena, founder of Philia Flora, this hands-on class will guide you through her creative process, covering:

• The fundamentals of sculptural floral design

• Techniques for working with asymmetry, balance, and line

• How to select and condition flowers for movement and shape

All materials—including flowers, vessels, and tools—will be provided. You’ll leave with your own unique arrangement and a new perspective on floral design.

No prior experience necessary—just curiosity and creativity.
Spots are limited to keep the experience intimate and personalized.

Schedule

1:00 PM – Guests arrive, enjoy a welcome drink and light refreshments (15 minutes)
1:15 PM – Introduction and overview of floral arranging fundamentals (15 minutes)
1:30 PM – Guided floral arranging session begins (approx. 60 minutes)
2:30 PM onward – Time to wrap up your arrangement, take photos, and mingle at your own pace—stay and enjoy the space as long as you'd like!

*Space is limited to 6 guests per workshop with a minimum number of 4 guests required for the event to go on
